我去年出版的《新約倫理》，第五章「門徒在世界:權勢與鄰舍」有處理羅馬書十三章這段經文，其中除了歷史考據之外，也報道了歷來教會的重要詮釋，也涉及納粹、南非的處境，有興趣的不妨找來讀讀。文章及注釋應該可以有助於了解這問題。
